Delete Your ChantMaster Account
You can delete your ChantMaster account at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.
How to Delete Your Account
From the ChantMaster Sport App
- Open the ChantMaster Sport app
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account will be deleted immediately.
Without the App
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@chantmaster.app from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following personal data is permanently removed or anonymized:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile photo
- Sign-in credentials (password, Apple ID, Google ID links)
- Authentication tokens and active sessions
- Playlists and playlist items
- Chantmaster applications
What Data Is Retained
Certain data may be retained after account deletion for the purposes described below:
- Chants you created — chants are disassociated from your identity and retained as community content. Your name will no longer appear on them.
- Subscription records — retained for billing reconciliation with Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled; you should cancel any active subscription through your app store before deleting your account.
- Anonymized account record — a record with no personally identifiable information may be retained for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

We may retain limited, non-identifying data as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
