Terms of Service for ChantMaster

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ChantMaster Sport mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by ChantMaster (“ChantMaster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 years old where required by law, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials
• Impersonate another person
• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

3.1 Subscription Plans

ChantMaster offers the following subscription plans:

• Founders Pass — a non-renewing subscription that grants access to ChantMaster Pro features for a limited period (through June 1, 2026). This subscription does not auto-renew. After expiration, you may subscribe to ChantMaster Pro to continue accessing premium features.
• ChantMaster Pro (Founders) — an annual auto-renewable subscription available to Founders Pass holders at a discounted rate. This subscription automatically renews each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• ChantMaster Pro — an annual auto-renewable subscription at the standard rate. This subscription automatically renews each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

3.2 Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. For auto-renewable subscriptions, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.

Payments are processed through third-party platforms, including:

• Apple App Store (iOS)
• Google Play (Android)
• Authorized subscription management providers (e.g., RevenueCat)

ChantMaster does not store or process payment card information.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel an auto-renewable subscription at any time through your device’s subscription settings:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3.4 Refunds

ChantMaster does not issue refunds directly.

• Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
• Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google’s refund policies.
• Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not retroactively refund unused time unless required by law or granted by the platform provider.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Your Content

The Service allows users to submit content, including chants, votes, messages, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

4.2 License to ChantMaster

By submitting User Content, you grant ChantMaster a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

4.3 Content Standards

You agree not to submit User Content that:

• Is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or threatening
• Harasses or targets individuals or groups
• Infringes intellectual property or other rights
• Promotes violence or illegal activity
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Moderation and Enforcement

ChantMaster may, but is not obligated to, monitor user activity or User Content.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Remove or restrict User Content
• Issue warnings
• Temporarily suspend accounts
• Permanently terminate accounts
• Limit access to features or events

Enforcement decisions may be made without prior notice and are based on factors including severity, repetition, impact on others, and legal or safety considerations.

Users who repeatedly violate these Terms may be designated as repeat offenders and permanently removed from the Service. ChantMaster is not obligated to provide refunds, reinstatement, or explanations for moderation decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Exploit the Service in a manner inconsistent with its intended use
• Use automated tools to access or manipulate the Service without authorization

7. Event Participation Disclaimer

ChantMaster provides a digital platform for coordinating and sharing fan participation activities. ChantMaster does not organize, control, sponsor, endorse, or supervise any live events, venues, teams, leagues, or attendees.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in chants or activities coordinated through the Service is voluntary
• You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Service
• You must comply with all venue rules, event policies, team codes of conduct, and applicable laws
• ChantMaster does not control how other users, venue staff, security personnel, or event organizers respond to chants or participation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChantMaster disclaims liability for injuries, damages, losses, penalties, ejections, suspensions, or other consequences arising from participation in live events or activities associated with use of the Service.

8. Venue and League Non-Affiliation

ChantMaster is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any sports league, team, venue, event organizer, or governing body, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All team names, league names, venue names, logos, and trademarks referenced within the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes.

Use of the Service does not imply approval or authorization by any such entities.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints (DMCA)

ChantMaster respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
• Your contact information
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

ChantMaster may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

10. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to ChantMaster.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

ChantMaster may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. User Content may be deleted or retained as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChantMaster disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChantMaster shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

ChantMaster’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ChantMaster in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChantMaster from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

15. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://legal.chantmaster.app/privacy/

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
